The investment evaluation of power grid construction projects is a necessary link for companies to carry out construction. In the traditional process, it generally based on original index scores or similar schemes comparison and decision-making. There are problems simple methods insufficient theoretical support. Fully considering various factors in process construction, set rating system with three-level hierarchical structure constructed actual demand as standard. model verified analyzed by an example.
